We're so confident in our CompleteComfort Tune-Up© that if you have a problem with your system during the heating season, the Service Call is FREE! We call it our “Trouble FREE” Guarantee.

TOUBLE FREE GUARANTEE DETAILS: Here’s the scoop. When you call us to perform a CompleteComfort Tune-up on your system, we’ll clean, tune and calibrate your system to bring it back to factory specs. If we find a potential problem at that time we’ll bring it to your attention and you can decide whether or not to fix it. If you choose not to fix it at the time of the Ture-Up, the guarantee will not apply, after all, it just wouldn’t make sense for us to guarantee a system with a part that will probably fail in a month or 2 no would it? Once the Tune-Up is complete and any necessary repairs have been made your system should run trouble free for the season. In the unlikely event you do have a problem. Give us a call, we’ll come out and repair it and you’ll only pay for the repair. Our “Trouble Free Guarantee” only applies if you call us and have us complete the repair. If you call another company to come out and do the repair, the guarantee does not apply. Sorry, but those are the rules.
